In addition, Deutsche Energie Hilfe applies for any subsidies for owners, creates the individual renovation schedule and develops efficient renovation measures for everyone.

If you decide on an individual renovation roadmap, you will receive an iSFP bonus if you actually take the suggested renovation steps: the funding rate provided for the respective measure is increased by an additional 5 percentage points. In order to receive this bonus, you must carry out the measure no later than 15 years after the creation of the iSFP.
